Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping on orders over $200 within the Australia.
How long will it take to ship?
We ship every order placed and paid for before 3pm the same day via prepaid express shipping. Everything is expressed from Melbourne. So, depending on where you are, it should arrive overnight. this excludes weekends and public holidays.
Will I receive tracking?
Yes, absolutely. as soon as payment has cleared, tracking confirmation will be sent. Before they are lodged, they will show as "initiated" on Australia post. Tracking confirmation can sometimes end up in spam, so be sure to check there. If you don't receive tracking, shoot us a message and we will be happy to assist you.
What happens if my order doesn't arrive?
We offer guarantees on all orders made within Australia. If your products do not arrive within 30 days, we will either reship or refund. Please make sure you are entering the correct address at checkout. If details have not been entered correctly, we cannot guarantee them to arrive and may not offer a reship on those items.
Why does my tracking show as initiated?
All orders are sent with express post. you will receive tracking before your order is lodged, which will show as initiated. Once your item is lodged, you will be able to track along until your parcel is delivered.
Why do i need my order number in the transfer description?
This allows us to identify payments. We know that some accounts will not match the order name, so using the reference number allows us to connect the payment directly to your order. Please DO NOT put the actual products in the description. We know what you have ordered. You know what you have ordered, the bank does not need this information. This should not need explaining but you’d be surprised how many people do it.
Do you offer pickup?
No. we are an online store only. We do not allow pickup due to the nature of the product.
What if my order is damaged in transit?
If your order is damaged in transit, please reach out to us with photos, showing what has happened as soon as possible, so we can get this fixed up for you. Every effort is made to keep them safe while being transported, though from time to time, things get knocked and banged around. If no photos are provided, we cannot assist so please be sure to keep evidence of any issues.
